Virtual try-on for Tiendanube

How Pryzmo works, what your catalog needs, and what shoppers can expect from an AI clothing try-on.

What is Pryzmo?

Pryzmo is an AI clothing virtual try-on for online stores. From a product page, a shopper uploads a photo and receives an image of themselves wearing the garment. That image provides a visual reference before purchase; it is not a physical fitting or a guarantee of fit.

The available integration is Tiendanube, known as Nuvemshop in Brazil. Merchants configure Pryzmo through a dashboard, and shoppers use the try-on in their browser without installing an app or creating an account.

How does virtual try-on work?

  1. The shopper opens the try-on from the product page.
  2. They upload their own photo. A full-body, front-facing photo with close-fitting clothes is recommended.
  3. Pryzmo generates an image with the selected garment to help the shopper evaluate its appearance before deciding to buy.

You can try the Pryzmo demo to explore the experience. The demo uses sample garments; it does not connect your store or publish changes to your catalog.

What does a store need to use Pryzmo?

Installation on Tiendanube requires no coding. The store keeps its product pages and catalog photos and configures the try-on button from the dashboard. Each enabled product needs a garment image.

A well-lit, front-facing photo of the garment on its own against a light background helps the virtual try-on. Pryzmo can also prepare that image from a photo featuring a model. Review the result before using it to represent a product: image preparation does not replace catalog review.

Is virtual try-on the same as a size recommendation?

No. Virtual try-on provides a visual reference of a garment on a photo. A size recommendation answers a different question: which size to choose based on the available information and the store's size chart.

Pryzmo can provide a size recommendation when the store has configured its chart. Without that chart, virtual try-on can work without recommending a size. Neither function guarantees actual fit or replaces the product's measurements and material information.

What happens to shopper photos?

The store does not receive or get to view the shopper's photo or the generated image. Pryzmo does not use these images to train AI models or sell them for advertising. The privacy policy explains their uses, deletion periods, and how to exercise data rights.

Does it work with Shopify or WooCommerce?

The integration available today is Tiendanube/Nuvemshop. Shopify, WooCommerce, and an API/SDK are not available; there is no public release date. If you use another platform, contact the team before planning an integration.

What does it cost and how do I request access?

Current prices, quotas, and billing options are listed in the Plans section. During the private beta, requesting access does not start a payment or guarantee approval. The team reviews each request and sends an invitation when appropriate. You can request access to Pryzmo or book a call from the homepage.

Does Pryzmo guarantee more sales or fewer returns?

Pryzmo does not guarantee a percentage improvement or publish aggregate performance results. The effect depends on the store, its catalog, and its shoppers. To evaluate the product, review try-on quality across your catalog, the mobile experience, and your store's results over a defined period. A visual demonstration alone does not establish an increase in sales.
